Job Title: Senior Chef de Partie We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Chef de Partie to join a successful hospitality operation in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established kitchen brigade within a busy townhouse pub and dining operation that has built a reputation for quality food, warm hospitality, and high standards throughout. Senior Chef de Partie Benefits • Competitive salary package – £48,000 per annum • 48-hour contract • Consistent year-round trade • Well-equipped kitchen and professional working environment • Opportunity to work with quality seasonal produce • Supportive senior management team • Established brigade with low staff turnover • Clear opportunities for career progression within a growing hospitality business • Strong emphasis on team culture and development Senior Chef de Partie Brief Duties • Take ownership of your section and ensure consistently high standards • Prepare and present dishes to specification and quality standards • Support the senior kitchen team during service • Assist with stock rotation, ordering, and wastage control • Maintain excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards • Help train and support junior chefs within the brigade • Contribute positively to the day-to-day operation of the kitchen Senior Chef de Partie Requirements • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie within a quality fresh-food operation • Confidence in running a busy section independently • Passion for fresh food and seasonal cooking • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail • Positive attitude and willingness to learn • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment • A team player who takes pride in maintaining high standards
