We are seeking an experienced Chef with strong knowledge of Portuguese, Mediterranean, and European cuisine. Experience preparing fresh seafood, grilled meats, traditional Portuguese dishes, and Continental classics is essential. Prepare traditional British breakfast items and buffet breakfast service. Assist with menu development, daily specials, and seasonal dishes. Order ingredients and manage stock levels effectively. Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards are maintained. Follow all food hygiene, HACCP, and health & safety regulations. Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen. Minimise food waste and control kitchen costs. Support the Head Chef and work closely with the front-of-house team. Assist with kitchen opening and closing procedures.
