You’ll combine technical expertise with a calm, collaborative approach, ensuring every dish reflects Nobu’s commitment to quality, elegance and innovation. With a passion for flavour, design and service, you’ll support the Executive Chef in delivering memorable guest experiences across the hotel. You will Lead pastry preparation and ensure exceptional quality, presentation and consistency across all kitchens Support menu development, creativity and innovation in line with Nobu’s culinary vision Communicate menu details, allergens and key information clearly to relevant teams Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and kitchen organisation Assist with managing budgets, stock control, equipment and labour planning Train, mentor and support chefs at all levels, fostering development and teamwork Contribute to marketing activations and the creation of unique pastry experiences Respond to audits, support operational needs and collaborate effectively across departments Uphold Nobu values while delivering a calm, positive and proactive leadership style.
