Then take a look! • Position: Sous Chef • Employer: Premium Seafood Restaurant • Location: Oban, Scotland • Gross salary package: Circa £43,000 (incl.share of tronc/serv.chge+target led bonus)** • Weekly working hours/days: up to 48 hours / 5 days (tbc) • Benefits & Entitlements: 28 days paid holiday (pro rata) incentives, employer’s workplace pension, employee care and wellbeing support + more As Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef to lead kitchen operations and deliver exceptional Indian cuisine. You’ll be responsible for supervising junior chefs, managing food preparation and presentation, overseeing purchasing and stock control, and maintaining food cost and gross profit targets. You’ll also handle relevant administrative duties and contribute to menu development.
