Breakfast Chef

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Breakfast Chef to join the kitchen team at Crieff Hydro. As a Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality breakfast dishes, ensuring guests enjoy an exceptional start to their day. This role requires excellent organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities -Prepare, cook, and present breakfast dishes to a consistently high standard. -Set up and organise the breakfast kitchen before service. -Ensure food is prepared in line with recipes, specifications, and presentation standards. -Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen safety. -Monitor stock levels and communicate ordering requirements to senior chefs. -Minimise food waste through effective stock rotation and portion control. -Ensure all food is stored, labelled, and handled in accordance with food safety regulations. -Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver excellent guest service. -Assist with kitchen cleaning duties and end-of-service procedures. -Support other kitchen sections when required.
