About the role
Excellent Chef de Partie role available at this prestigious College Our prestigious college client is recruiting a Chef de Partie to join their team in Cambridge. They are looking for a Chef de Partie who has experience of working in a busy hotel kitchen or restaurant with a good knowledge of quality fine dining. The college need a well organised candidate that can manage junior staff and have responsibilities for due diligence, allergens, ordering and cash handling. Salary & Benefits • Salary Package to £34k • Benefits including Parking • 37.5 hour week • Alternate Weekends off • 34 days Holidays • Outstanding training and development The Role • Working on the all Sections producing meals for restaurant and functions • Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in each service • Managing and ordering your own section • Working mixture of early and late shifts on rota basis Experience • You will already be working as a Chef de Partie in a quality hotel, pub or restaurant • Experience at with fresh food or in a quality kitchen environment • Hold NVQ level qualification or equivalent • Career Focused Application.
