Job Title: Chef de Partie Our client is a distinguished Mediterranean brasserie located inside a luxury hotel. The restaurant specialises in bold flavours from across the Mediterranean region. This establishment is the second location in Europe and is poised to become a prominent culinary destination in London's dining scene. Chef de Partie Benefits: • Minimum wage plus tronc - ranging between £16 to £24 per hour • 45 hours per week • 1 double shift, 4 single shifts • Earliest start is 9am, latest finish midnight. • Staff food and uniform provided whilst on duty. • Great career growth opportunities. • Working under the guidance of a celebrated executive chef. Chef de Partie requirements: • A minimum of two years’ experience working in reputable restaurants, hotels, or private members’ clubs. • Strong background in European and Mediterranean cuisine, with the ability to deliver consistently high‑quality dishes. • A stable and reliable employment history, demonstrating commitment and professionalism. • Confident working in high‑quality, high‑volume environments, maintaining standards during busy services.
