Join Our Culinary Team We are looking for a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join the kitchen brigade with our client a luxury hotel set in the heart of the Scottish Borders. Working alongside an experienced team, you will be responsible for running your own section, preparing high-quality dishes using the finest seasonal ingredients, and helping to deliver an exceptional dining experience for our guests. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious chef looking to develop their career within a luxury hotel environment. Key Responsibilities -Prepare, cook and present dishes to a consistently high standard. -Manage and take responsibility for your designated section during service. -Ensure food quality, presentation and portion control meet hotel standards. -Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen. -Maintain excellent food hygiene and health and safety standards. -Assist with stock control, ordering and minimising waste. -Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to deliver smooth and efficient service. -Help train and support junior members of the brigade where required.
