About the role

Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your designated section of the kitchen to a high standard. Ensure all food is prepared and served in accordance with recipes, quality standards, and customer requirements. Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness at all times. Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising food waste. Support and guide junior kitchen staff as required. Ensure your section is organised, fully stocked, and ready for service. Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure efficient kitchen operations. Comply with all food safety, health, and hygiene regulations.
