We are looking for a part time Chef / Chef de Partie to join our busy multi-brand kitchen in Barnsley. This is a part time temporary position, offering approximately 20 to 25 hours per week. The role may become full time or permanent for the right candidate, depending on quality of work, reliability and punctuality. The successful candidate must be able to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings. Duties will include preparing and cooking food across our kitchen brands, working on the chargrill, stretching and preparing pizzas, maintaining food quality, keeping the kitchen clean and organised, and working as part of a fast-paced kitchen team. Pay will be National Minimum Wage/National Living Wage for the successful candidate’s age group. Applicants must have proven kitchen experience of at least 3 to 4 years, at Chef de Partie level or similar. Candidates may be asked to demonstrate key skills such as working on a grill and stretching pizza at interview stage or shortly after.
