Chef de Partie – Countryside Hotel Newton Aycliffe, Durham From £13.00 per hour DOE + Service Charge + Paid Overtime 45 hours per week | Full-time Perfect Recruitment are working with a well-established countryside hotel in the Durham area, currently looking for a skilled Chef de Partie to join their kitchen team. This is a high-volume operation covering restaurant service, functions, events, and hotel dining, so you’ll need to be confident working in a structured, professional kitchen environment and able to deliver consistent quality across service. The role: You’ll take ownership of your section, supporting service across all areas of the kitchen. Working closely with the Sous and Head Chef, you’ll help maintain high standards and deliver well-executed dishes.
