Are you an experienced Chef de Partie or Sous Chef with a background in quality fresh food kitchens? We're recruiting skilled chefs to support a well-known venue with accolades, with both temporary and permanent opportunities available. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside an award-winning brigade while earning excellent hourly rates and gaining valuable experience in a high-end kitchen. What You'll Be Doing • Preparing and cooking fresh, high-quality dishes • Working across different kitchen sections • Maintaining exceptional food presentation and consistency • Supporting service in a busy fine dining environment • Following all food safety and hygiene standards We're Looking For To be considered, you must have: • Minimum 2 years' professional chef experience • Experience as a Chef de Partie, Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef • Fresh food kitchen experience is essential • Experience within AA Rosette or similar quality establishments is highly desirable • Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (preferred) • Ability to work well under pressure • Reliable transport or ability to commute to Wolverhampton Please note: Unfortunately, we cannot consider applicants without professional chef experience.
