Premier Selection is recruiting a Chef de Partie for a popular, award-winning dining pub in the Oakham area — a seriously impressive kitchen with a Head Chef boasting solid 2 and 3 Rosette experience and ambitious plans to achieve a Bib Gourmand. As Chef de Partie, you’ll work alongside the Head Chef and the wider brigade, assisting with daily prep and cooking throughout service. This is a Chef de Partie role for someone who takes real pride in quality, consistent cooking. You’ll be organised, a strong communicator, and someone who understands the importance of teamwork in a busy kitchen. Candidates based near Oakham, Uppingham, Corby, Stamford or Peterborough with their own transport are ideally placed.
