Are you a talented Sous Chef looking for a quality role with brilliant hours in Leicestershire? Premier Selection is recruiting a Sous Chef in Melton Mowbray — offering up to £35,000, straight shifts and a 39-hour week. No split shifts. No antisocial hours. As Sous Chef, you’ll lead the kitchen alongside the Head Chef, maintain high food standards and support the brigade. A kitchen that values its team — and the straight shifts prove it.
