Premier Selection is recruiting a Pastry Chef de Partie for a privately owned restaurant in Uppingham, Rutland — a kitchen led by an award winning Head Chef who values high standards, creativity and a brilliant team culture. As Pastry Chef de Partie, you’ll take ownership of a popular dessert menu featuring a tempting mix of classic and modern dishes — with real scope to develop your own ideas and put your stamp on the section. You’ll work under the guidance of an exceptional Head Chef alongside a talented brigade, producing beautiful, well-executed pastry work to a consistently high standard. This is a Pastry Chef de Partie role where your creativity genuinely matters. We’re looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie with previous pastry experience — whether you’re a trained pastry chef or a main kitchen Chef de Partie who loves pastry and wants to develop their skills further. Either background is welcome.
