About the role
Excellent Junior Sous Chef Opportunity with busy Development Kitchen A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based in the Bicester area for a Junior Sous Chef to work in their high end production kitchen as a product development chef. You assist the head chef in preparing fresh meals and menus for executive clients. The kitchen operates on a seven day basis and you will work 5 days a week on a rota basis You will have experiene in a fast paced environment, be passionate about food and ingredients and be well organised with good communication skills. Salary & Benefits • Salary to £38k • Uniform & Meals • 28 days holiday • Career Development • Parking • Staff discounts The Role • Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs • Preparing meals for high end menus in production kitchen • Strong Management skills • Mature focus and outlook The Person • You will already be a Junior or Sous Chef • Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members • Have experience of working in a fresh food kitchen • Good attention to detail Application.
