The Opportunity We are seeking a talented and motivated Sous Chef to join our culinary team and play a key role in delivering consistently high‑quality food across the hotel. Working closely with the Head Chef, you will help lead the kitchen team, bringing structure, calm and confidence to daily operations. You will support menu delivery, uphold quality and presentation standards, and ensure the kitchen runs smoothly, particularly in the Head Chef’s absence. This role is ideal for someone who: Has experience as a Sous Chef or strong Senior Chef de Partie Enjoys supporting and leading a team in a busy kitchen environment Takes pride in food quality, consistency and presentation Works calmly and confidently under pressure Has a solid understanding of food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards Leads by example and supports the development of others Is organised, reliable and commercially aware Hotel The Holiday Inn Glasgow Airport is conveniently located within the Glasgow International Airport complex, providing easy access to the city centre with a 24-hour bus service just 10 minutes away.
