About the role
Chef de Partie Chef de Partie required for this fast paced, University kitchen. Working in the main kitchen, you will be working as part of a team, cooking everything from scratch, producing a daily changing, 3 choice menu, alongside a range of lighter meals As Chef de Partie you will be working as part of a friendly team, liaising with the Head Chef and Deputy Head Chef, ensuring that the daily prep for your section is completed on time and to the correct standards The Head Chef is looking for a Chef de Partie with experience of cooking with fresh ingredients, ideally with previous experience of working in Hotels, Restaurants, Colleges, Universities, or higher end Contract Caterers. Applicants will need to live in the Cambridge, Duxford or Newmarket area Working straight shifts with a mixture of early or midday starts and every other weekend off Benefits Base Salary of approx £32,500 Working 37.5 hours per week Uniforms provided Meals on duty Every other weekend off Closed for Christmas and New Year!
