About the role

As a Chef de Partie at De Vere, you’ll be a vital member of our kitchen brigade, playing a key role in delivering exceptional food experiences to our guests. As a Chef de Partie, you will: Work in a team environment, where you’ll continually learn and develop, with clear opportunities to progress your career with De Vere Prepare, cook and present dishes within your designated section, showcasing your culinary skills and attention to detail Support and mentor Demi Chef de Parties and Commis Chefs, contributing to the development of a talented and passionate brigade Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, food hygiene and health & safety across the kitchen This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week over 5 days, including weekends on a rota basis. Any overtime is paid, alongside a share of service charge.
