About the role
BBS Recruitment is an independent recruitment agency for the transport and logistics sector, supplying to a variety of clients across London, Hertfordshire and surrounding areas. We also recruit for Social Care and Public Sector roles. BBS Recruitment Ltd is currently recruiting experienced Chefs to work on an ad hoc basis within a care environment in Malton, North Yorkshire. Duties & Responsibilities for the Chef: Prepare and cook nutritious meals in accordance with individual dietary requirements. Follow the IDDSI Framework to prepare modified texture meals safely and accurately. Ensure all food is prepared to a high standard and served on time. Maintain excellent food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness. Comply with Food Safety, Health & Safety, and COSHH regulations. Work collaboratively with the catering team to deliver an excellent service.
