Chef de Partie Location: St Austell, Cornwall Salary: £30,906 per annum Contract: Full‑time, permanent We are looking for a passionate and driven Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at our busy restaurant, Hotel, spa and woodland retreat in the heart of Cornwall. Set within a tranquil natural environment, our retreat offers guests high‑quality, seasonal dining alongside exceptional wellness and hospitality experiences. The Role As Chef de Partie, you will take responsibility for a designated section of the kitchen, ensuring consistently high standards of food quality, presentation and service. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef in a fast‑paced but supportive environment, contributing to menu development and the overall success of the kitchen.
