Chef de Partie – Award-Winning Seafood Restaurant £29,000 + £8–10k Service Charge + Weekly Tips 4 miles from Padstow, Cornwall 42.5 hours | 5 days (Tue–Sun) Year-round position A rare opportunity has opened for a Chef de Partie to join a highly regarded, award-winning kitchen just outside Padstow. Set in a beautiful Cornish countryside location, the restaurant sits within a family-run vineyard and winery surrounded by vines, orchards, and rolling views. It’s a genuinely special place to cook, create and grow. The kitchen is led by a passion for seasonal, seafood-driven cooking , serving a refined small plates menu that showcases the best produce Cornwall has to offer. Fish and shellfish arrive daily from local fishermen, alongside carefully sourced meat and seasonal ingredients. What makes this role special This is not a standard CDP position. It’s a chance to work in a kitchen where: Ingredients are genuinely fresh and locally sourced daily Seafood is the focus of the menu every service Menus change with the seasons and availability of produce Standards are high, but the environment is supportive and professional You’ll be part of a respected, growing food destination in Cornwall The role The Chef de Partie will take responsibility for a section in a busy, fast-paced kitchen, delivering consistently high-quality dishes during service.
