Chef de Partie – Award-Winning Seafood Restaurant Location: Padstow, Cornwall, UK Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: From £29,000 per year + £8,000–£10,000 annual service charge (paid monthly) Hours: 42.5 hours per week, 5 days across Tuesday–Sunday Start date: Immediate Job Overview A highly regarded seafood restaurant in Padstow is seeking a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join its kitchen team. The restaurant is known for its daily-changing small plates menu, focusing on exceptional fish and shellfish sourced fresh each day. This is a year-round, permanent opportunity in a busy, high-quality, and professional kitchen environment.
