A fantastic new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Executive Hotel Chef to work in an exceptional hotel based in the Wymondham, Norfolk area. You will be working for one of UK’s leading health care providers This is an amazing hotel, renowned for its elegant accommodation, tranquil surroundings, and first-class hospitality As the Executive Hotel Chef your key duties include: • Prepare and deliver nutritious, balanced meals for residents while maintaining exceptional standards of food quality and presentation • Lead and supervise kitchen operations, including food preparation, menu development, and adherence to all relevant health and safety regulations • Support the training and development of kitchen staff, promote compliance with health and safety procedures, and maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role: • Culinary degree or relevant certification • Knowledge of nutrition, dietary needs, and food safety regulations • Strong leadership and team management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments within the care home • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage time effectively and work efficiently under pressure • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures • Ability to train and supervise kitchen staff • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays **To be considered for this position you must have proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a similar setting** The successful Executive Hotel Chef will receive an excellent salary of £16.00 - £18.00 per hour - Pay frequency is monthly. This exciting position is a permanent full time role working on days.
