About the role

A superb country hotel is looking for a talented Sous Chef to join its kitchen team, working closely with the Head Chef and Executive Chef. This is a strong opportunity for a Sous Chef who wants to keep developing, take on more responsibility, and be part of a small but growing hotel group. For the right person, there is genuine potential to progress into a Head Chef role as the group expands over the next couple of years. The hotel offers a range of dining experiences, from a brasserie-style restaurant to exclusive private outdoor dining, giving you the chance to broaden your skills and work across varied menus and service styles. We are looking for a friendly, capable chef who enjoys cooking, stays organised under pressure, communicates well, and takes pride in helping train, motivate, and support the team.
