About the role
Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, taking pride in keeping the kitchen and all catering equipment clean and well-maintained Duties will include but are not limited to preparing and cooking food, while delivering high standards of food prep and service. Monitoring portion and waste control, ensuring all food hygiene/ health and safety rules are adhered to. Setting up the kitchen pre-service and cleaning down the kitchen post-service. Please ensure you report to the manager on duty before leaving your shift
