Are you a talented Pastry Chef de Partie or a talented Chef de Partie who wants to develop their pastry skills? ready to showcase your skills in a stunning coastal location Premier Selection is recruiting a Pastry Chef de Partie for this superb Coastal property — a kitchen led by a Head Chef who values high standards, creativity and a brilliant team culture. As Pastry Chef de Partie, you’ll take ownership of a popular dessert menu featuring a tempting mix of classic and modern dishes — with real scope to develop your own ideas and put your stamp on the section. You’ll work under the guidance of an exceptional Head Chef alongside a talented brigade, producing beautiful, well-executed desserts to a consistently high standard. This is a Pastry Chef de Partie role where your creativity genuinely matters. We’re looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie with previous pastry experience — whether you’re a trained pastry chef or a main kitchen Chef de Partie who loves pastry and wants to develop their skills further.
