Follow recipe specifications to maintain consistency and quality. Support preparation and menu production across different kitchen sections. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety. Monitor ingredient quality and support stock rotation. Work flexibly across sections to develop core culinary skills. Support service by ensuring timely preparation of dishes. Person Specification Genuine passion for food and hospitality. Basic kitchen and knife skills with willingness to learn. Understanding of food hygiene and health & safety standards. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail. Ability to work well in a busy kitchen environment. Enthusiasm to grow and develop within the brigade.
