About the role
We’re looking for a talented and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef and wider brigade to prepare and deliver high-quality dishes, maintain excellent kitchen standards and help ensure every guest has a memorable dining experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Prepare, cook and present dishes to a consistently high standard • Manage your section efficiently during preparation and service • Store, handle and rotate ingredients correctly • Maintain excellent food hygiene, cleanliness and safety standards • Support junior members of the kitchen team • Assist with stock control and minimise food waste • Work collaboratively with the brigade during busy services • Follow recipes, portion controls and presentation standards IMPORTANT Due to the rural location, applicants must be able to drive and have access to their own reliable transport.
