We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Senior Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. Job Summary: As a Senior Chef de Partie, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of food preparation and presentation. You will work closely with our senior kitchen team to create memorable dining experiences for our guests. This role requires a deep understanding of culinary techniques, a passion for food, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and supervise specific sections of the kitchen ensuring high-quality output. • Assist in the development and planning of menus, including seasonal changes and special events. • Maintain health and safety standards in all food handling and kitchen maintenance. • Train and mentor junior chefs and support staff, fostering a collaborative and educational kitchen environment. • Manage stock, including ordering, receiving, and storing supplies while controlling costs. • Collaborate with the senior kitchen team in various kitchen operations, including staff scheduling and kitchen management. • Ensure that all dishes are prepared with excellence and served in a timely manner. • Stay current with culinary trends and industry best practices. Hours are 160 over a 4 week rota.
