About the role
Working in our busy cafe kitchen, assisting our 2 chefs and kitchen assistant serving our 80+ seater cafe. This position involved working 5 days a week, including weekends Duties to include: Prepare and cook meals using fresh ingredients from our farm shop to a high standard Liaising with the front or house team throughout shifts Bringing new ideas to the department, including menu planning and ideas for our specials board Maintaining and adhering to all Health & Safety guidelines in the kitchen Assisting the Head Chefs in the preparation and presentation of all food Completing ad-hoc activities as needed
