Duties Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with menu specifications and quality standards Assist in the supervision of kitchen staff, ensuring smooth and efficient operations during service Manage food production processes, including mise en place, portion control, and presentation Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety regulations Support food safety protocols, including proper storage, handling, and sanitation procedures Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders and exceptional customer service Contribute to menu development and suggest improvements based on current trends and customer feedback Assist in training junior staff members to uphold standards of culinary excellence Work Location: In person
