About the role

This is a hands on role, with your passion for food and your appetite to provide an exceptional service, you will work with the Head chef to prepare, cook and serve passengers their pre-ordered meals. Once trained you would be available to cover in the Head Chefs absence. You Will Supervise a small team of kitchen assistants within the kitchen of the Pullman Dining Train and support the service of Charters in the Head Chef's absence. Produce high quality meals (currently for up to 103 guests) including starters and desserts. Preparation, cooking and serving from the gallery kitchens of the train varying foods for different services operated. Maintain the 5 star food hygiene rating and the high standard of cleanliness of all areas.
