As Sous Chef you will: Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day management of the kitchen. Lead the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence. Prepare and present high-quality dishes consistently. Help develop seasonal menus using fresh, locally sourced ingredients where possible. Ensure excellent food quality, presentation and consistency. Maintain exceptional food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards. Support stock control, ordering and minimising waste. Train, coach and develop junior members of the kitchen team. Help create a positive, supportive and high-performing kitchen culture. Ensure compliance with all health and safety and food hygiene legislation.
