You will be responsible for kitchen management and quality control checks for every dish before it leaves the kitchen. • The role requires a self-motivated individual who thrives working in a busy environment. • All applicants must have a proven employment history. • A Sous Chef with natural leadership skills – someone who can work well with the head chef to lead a brigade through busy services, 7 days per week
