About the role

Spanish Chef Wanted We are currently looking for an experienced Spanish Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate must have good knowledge and experience in preparing traditional Spanish dishes, including tapas, paellas, seafood, meats, sauces, and other Spanish specialities. Main Responsibilities: Prepare, cook, and present high-quality Spanish dishes to a professional standard. Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control. Prepare ingredients before service and maintain an organised kitchen section. Follow food hygiene, health and safety, and allergen procedures at all times. Support menu development with new ideas, specials, and seasonal dishes. Work well as part of a team and support smooth kitchen service. Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen at all times. Requirements: Previous experience as a Spanish Chef or similar role. Good knowledge of Spanish cuisine, especially tapas and paella. Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen environment. Strong attention to detail and passion for food. Good teamwork, reliability, and professional attitude.
