About the role

We are currently working with a stunning hotel in South Devon and it's respected and well known Exec Chef who is looking for a talented and passionate Breakfast Chef from a fine dining and Rosette background to be part of a journey taking the hotel to 3 Rosettes over the next 3 to 4 years. The Breakfast Chef will have full creative freedom, working alongside the Exec Head and will allow you to express your skills and passion for cooking, ingredients and presentation. The Breakfast Chef will be situated within a modern kitchen with covers up to 28, and the Executive Chef's priority is keeping the kitchen a friendly and calm place with the Exec leading from the front.
