About the role

Sous Chef required for this Country Hotel / Village Inn, the Head Chef is looking for somebody that can help with the daily running of the kitchen on a daily basis, cooking with fresh seasonal ingredients with the menus changing throughout the year using fresh local and seasonal ingredients The menus offer a good mix of classic and modern dishes and chef is happy for somebody to suggest menu ideas and explore new dishes The experienced Head Chef is happy to teach kitchen management skills such as costing and menu development but it is essential that you have previous cooking experience Live in available if required, alternatively candidates will need to live in the Woodbridge, Ipswich, Felixstowe or Possibly Saxmundham area with their own transport if required Benefits Base Salary from £34,000 (depending upon experience) Share of Staff Tips Possible Live in Available If you are looking for a position like this or something similar, please contact Steve Coggins quoting Reference number PSC215846 To apply for the position, you must be legally able to work in the UK Email your up to date CV directly to contactus@premierselection.co.uk
