About the role
Sous Chef Sous Chef required for this independent restaurant serving delicious well thought out food created from fresh seasonal ingredients. The restaurant serves 40 – 50 covers through the week and up to 100 at the weekends and has a team of well trained chefs A Sous Chef required to work alongside the Head Chef assisting with the daily running of the kitchen, helping to organising daily prep between the team and cooking during service.
