What you’lldo: • Prepare, cook, and serve high-quality meals in afast-paced kitchen environment • Deliver excellent food service while consistentlymaintaining high standards • Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene,and EHO regulations at all times • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation in linewith best practice standards What youbring: • Previous experience as a cook or chef within acatering, hospitality, or food service environment • Relevant culinary qualifications such as City &Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ Level 2/3 in Professional Cookery (desirable) • Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and health& safety standards, with IOSH qualification desirable • Passion for food, excellent attention to detail, anda genuine enthusiasm for delivering quality meals • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsincluding Word, Excel, and Outlook What weoffer: Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it’s a chanceto be part of something greater.
