What you’ll do: Prepare,cook, and serve high-quality meals in a fast-paced kitchen environment Deliverexcellent food service to military personnel while maintaining consistentlyhigh standards Ensurefull compliance with food safety, hygiene, and EHO regulations at all times Supportkitchen cleanliness and sanitation, following best practices across all areas Workcollaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to support daily service,bulk catering, and special events What you bring: Previous cook experience within a catering, hospitality, or food service environment, ideally within military or government catering, with a minimum of 5 years’ culinary experience Relevant culinary qualifications such as City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ Level 2/3 in Professional Cookery Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards, with IOSH qualification desirable Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-focused environment while maintaining high standards Passion for food, excellent attention to detail, and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook What we offer: Working with Sodexo is more thana job; it’s a chance to be part of something greater.You’ll belong in acompany and team that values you for you; you’ll act with purpose and have animpact through your everyday actions; and you’ll be able to thrive in your ownway.
