WE ARE A WELCOMING SMALL FAMILY RUN NURSERY SEEKING A NURSERY COOK TO ASSIST WITH LUNCHTIME ROUTINES AND PROVIDE HOME COOKED HEALTHY MEALS. DUTIES INCLUDE: *PREPARING AND COOKING ALL LUNCHES *SAFELY CATERING TO ALLERGIES, INTOLERANCES AND CULTURAL/RELIGIOUS DIETARY REQUIRMENTS. *COMPLYING WITH SAFER FOOD BETTER BUSINESS STANDARDS, *MAINTAINING A CLEAN KITCHEN AND PREPARATION FOR INSPECTIONS. *TO ENSURE THAT YOU COMPLY WITH HEALTH AND SAFETY, FIRE REGULATIONS AND FOOD SAFETY REQUIREMENTS. *SERVING LUNCH TO CHILDREN AND SUPERVISING MEALTIMES. *TIDY UP AFTER LUNCHTIME, CLEANING TABLES AND SWEEPING FLOORS. *ENSURING ALL DISHES ARE WASHED OR LOADED IN THE DISHWASHER. *MAINTAINING TRAINING (FOOD HYGIENE, ALLERGENS, FIRST AID).
