As a Cook, you’ll be joining a supportive kitchen team where you can develop your skills, contribute your ideas, and enjoy a better work-life balance with only three evening services per week. What You’ll Be Doing Running and managing your section during service Preparing and cooking dishes to a consistently high standard Supporting the wider kitchen team during busy periods Maintaining excellent standards of food hygiene and safety Assisting with stock control, food preparation, and minimising waste Supporting events, group bookings, brewery tours, and themed nights Contributing ideas for menu development and daily specials
