This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking forweekend work, additional income, or a role that fits around other commitments.Working independently, you'll prepare fresh, nutritious meals that make agenuine difference to the wellbeing of residents and staff. Every meal youserve helps create a safe, welcoming environment while supporting individualsas they rebuild their lives within the community. What you’lldo: • Prepare, cook, andserve fresh, nutritious meals to a consistently high standard • Take ownership ofthe kitchen during weekend shifts, managing food preparation with confidence • Deliver an excellentdining experience while maintaining exceptional food quality • Ensure fullcompliance with food safety, hygiene, and Environmental Health regulations • Maintain a clean,organised, and safe kitchen environment at all times What youbring: • Previous experienceas a Cook or Chef within catering, hospitality, or food service • Relevant culinaryqualifications such as City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ Level 2/3 inProfessional Cookery (desirable) • Good knowledge offood safety, hygiene, and health & safety practices (IOSH qualificationdesirable) • A genuine passionfor preparing quality meals with excellent attention to detail • Confidence workingindependently and managing your own workload • Basic IT skills,including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook What weoffer: Working with Sodexo ismore than a job—it's a chance to be part of something greater.
