About the role

Middlesbrough Football Club is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Concourse Chefs to join our matchday catering team at the Riverside Stadium. As a concourse chef you will be responsible for a small team of food production staff. Working within our busy public catering operation, you will play a vital role in preparing and serving high-quality food to our customers on matchdays and event days. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with strong food preparation skills, high standards of food hygiene and a passion for delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced stadium environment. Successful candidates will be confident working independently, while also working effectively as part of a team to ensure a smooth and successful matchday operation. What you will be doing Managing, motivate and inspire a small team of food production staff, providing direction and support to ensure excellent food quality, service standards and operational performance. Leading and managing a small team within your designated concession area. Coordinating the efficient operation of concession during busy matchday periods, makings sure service is at the highest standard. Preparing and cooking food for supporters across the stadium concourse catering operation. Ensuring food is produced to agreed quality & presentation standards Monitoring stock levels and maintaining food production throughout service periods. Assisting with the training and development of team members. Ensuring compliance with food hygiene, food safety and health and safety requirements. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation across your work area.
