About the role
Mzuri London is a premium Afro-Caribbean restaurant, lounge and sports venue based in Thornton Heath. We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to support our kitchen team and help maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for washing dishes, cleaning kitchen equipment, maintaining food preparation areas, assisting with deliveries, disposing of waste correctly, and ensuring the kitchen remains clean, safe and compliant with food hygiene standards. You may be asked to help the chef in food prepration and cooking. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a professional kitchen environment.
