The Cook supports the delivery of a high‑quality, safe and resident‑centred dining experience by preparing and presenting meals that meet organisational standards, dietary needs and resident preferences. The role works under the direction of the Home Services Lead and collaboratively with the Chef to ensure meals are enjoyable, consistent and contribute to resident dignity, wellbeing and comfort.
As a key member of the kitchen team, the Cook maintains a clean, safe and efficient work environment, follows established procedures and supports positive interactions with residents, families and colleagues.
