About the Role

We have three Oven Production Worker positions available:

These roles will work across a rotating roster that includes weekends. We have vacancies across our 3 shifts, day, afternoon and night.

Regular weekend availability is essential, and applicants must be comfortable working Saturdays and Sundays when rostered.

As an Oven Production Worker, you will play an important role in creating our muesli and snack products. You will be hands-on throughout the production process, from mixing granola and bar ingredients through to ensuring each batch is baked at the right temperature and to the perfect golden finish.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Loading raw ingredients into mixers
• Operating mixers, kettles, ovens and computerised oven controls
• Monitoring temperatures, cooking times and product quality
• Setting up and configuring production machinery
• Completing pre-start checks before production begins
• Operating a forklift to move bulk ingredients, where licensed
• Supporting production changeovers and cleaning requirements
• Completing accurate end-of-shift handovers
• Following food safety, quality and workplace safety procedures
• Working collaboratively with the wider production team to meet daily targets
• Mixing, blending and baking our muesli and snack products
