As a Cook, you’re not just leading culinary production of a designated kitchen – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

  • Drive culinary excellence: Select high-quality ingredients, uphold presentation standards, and ensure consistency in execution of dishes
  • Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards.
  • Provide support across the hotel's various outlets: Reserva Grill Restaurant, Ferrum Bar, Room Service, breakfast, lunch, and dinner services, as well as the various events and banquets held at the hotel.
  • Staff Canteen: Assist in the preparation of staff meals.
  • Carry out any additional duties assigned by the Head Chef or the Hotel Manager

  • What It Takes to Make the Stay We are looking for someone who meets the following requirements: Previous experience as a cook is required; experience in hotels and a focus on Spanish cuisine will be considered an advantage. Positive attitude and good communication skills Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service Flexibility to adapt to a variety of different work situations Ability to work independently as well as as part of a team Willingness to learn and develop within a professional kitchen environment Possession of a valid Food Handler Certificate is required.
