Food & Beverage Discounts - 20% Discount in all F&B outlets within Marriott Properties We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join the team as a Chef de Partie in our busy Kitchen & Bistro Outlet. Ideally someone who has completed their level 2 NVQ in catering. The successful candidate will have proven industry experience within a professional kitchen environment and be confident working independently, taking ownership and delivering consistent, high-quality food standards. Experience and Skills Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie, Demi Chef de Partie, or in a similar role within a busy hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment. Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, food safety, and hygiene standards. Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage a designated section, and maintain high standards with minimal supervision. Ability to organise and prioritise workload effectively while delivering quality dishes in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering a high-quality guest experience. Strong team player with a positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues when required.
